Any member violating these terms of use will have their account
terminated immediately.
1) Your page may only open one (1) additional window, sites with more than one are not
permitted. One window means one pop-up OR one pop-under OR one exit ad. If your site is on a free server that places its own pop-up, that is your one additional window.
2) Your page may not close the TrafficRoundup.com frame.
3) You may not use any auto-refreshing, or auto-clicking devices. ANY TECHNIQUE other than actually loading your TrafficRoundup start page manually and viewing it yourself is a violation of the TERMS OF USE. Your account may be terminated without notice if caught attempting to gain credits in any other way.
4) Advertising your TrafficRoundup START PAGE, in any way that attempts to get credits from other people's surfing is considered theft and your account may be terminated.
5) Your site may not advertise or contain any of the materials listed:
-Pornography
-Warez (hacking, bootleg software, etc)
-Advertising for any software whose purpose is to steal from ANY traffic exchange, search engine, etc.
-Any Illegal activity
-Ponzi/pyramid schemes, including Investment Surf sites.
-Anything that TrafficRoundup.com deems not family friendly
6) The text on your site must be in ENGLISH or have an ENGLISH translation. We do not mean to discriminate against anyone, however, the staff at TrafficRoundup.com must be able to read your website.
7) TrafficRoundup.com is not responsible for any lost credits, or any
damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services.
You agree to use this free service at your own risk.
8) SPAM is not tolerated! Any use of unsolicited e-mail is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account.
9) Only one account per individual or computer.
10) You may not sell any TrafficRoundup credits that you have earned in any way. You may not re-sell any TrafficRoundup credits that you have purchased without receiving prior permission. Failure to do so will be grounds for account termination.
11) TrafficRoundup.com has the right to deny any member or site from using
its services at any time, for any reason, and has the right to add to the
terms of service at any time, without notice. Any members/sites denied from
TrafficRoundup.com will lose all credits and will not be allowed to join
again.
12) If you do not use your FREE TrafficRoundup account to earn credits, by viewing other member's sites, for a period of 14 consecutive days, your FREE account may be inactivated and you will no longer earn referral credits, receive referrals in your downline, and your URLs will not be shown (this does not apply to PRO accounts).
13) If you do not use your TrafficRoundup account to earn credits by viewing other member's sites for a period of 90 consecutive days, your FREE account may be deleted (does not apply to PRO accounts).
14) You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response.
15) You agree to receive email updates and offers from TrafficRoundup.com or its owner(s).
16) TrafficRoundup reserves the right to refuse any advertising for any reason.
17) These terms may change. You agree to comply with all changes.
